DAYLI FUEL sells physical nutrition products, including performance nutrition powders and related products, as described on our website. From time to time we may also make subscription-based purchasing available for certain products, where this option will be clearly indicated at the relevant product or checkout stage. Product images are for illustrative purposes; please always check the packaging and labelling of the product you receive, as this takes precedence over website descriptions.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Our order confirmation email does not by itself constitute our acceptance of your order; a contract is formed once we confirm your order has been accepted (for example, at dispatch). We may decline or cancel an order, including where a product is unavailable or a pricing/description error has occurred; where we cancel a paid order, we will provide a full refund.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are correct at the time of publishing. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed. In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

We currently offer Standard UK Delivery at a cost of £4.99 per order. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders that meet the delivery threshold shown to you at checkout. Delivery costs and any applicable free-delivery threshold will always be confirmed before you complete your order. We aim to dispatch and deliver orders as promptly as reasonably possible; any delivery estimate shown is an estimate only, not a guaranteed date, unless we separately confirm an exact date to you in writing. As a UK consumer shopping online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods that are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to contact us.

These Terms do not affect, and are in addition to, your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Where anything here conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights take priority.

We are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you ordered, or for loss from misuse of a product contrary to its label. Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will also benefit from any mandatory protections available to you under the laws applicable where you live.
